Owners Insurance Surveys
Usually required by Insurance and/or Finance Companies. Includes many of the items contained in a Pre-Purchase Survey with emphasis on structural integrity and safety for intended use. Vessels Fair Market Value.
Appraisal Inspections
This inspection is performed to gather enough information to justify or determine the Fair Market Value of the vessel. This is normally needed for estate settlements, donations and legal cases. Appraisals are conducted in accordance with the guidelines established by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
Insurance Damage Inspections
Assess the extent of damage, recommended repairs, estimated repair cost, and the probable cause.
